first time I'd seen the cafe and rooftop garden.

Very mild tasting -- about as sweet as jicama.

Clever Coffee Dripper

Uses #4 cone filters. Has a stopper on the bottom to let the coffee steep. Recommended brew time is 4 minutes. When time is up, set the whole thing on a coffee cup, and the coffee drains into the cup. Easy to clean up. Good coffee.
