Cinnamon Cake

When I was in high school I worked at the ("World Famous") Farmer's Market at Third and Fairfax in Los Angeles. I sold produce during the summer. On break, I would often go up to Bob's Donuts where my friend Bonnie worked, and she would sell me a cinnamon cake donut just like the one pictured here today. Bonnie was a year behind me in school.
