Interesting exposure. Was this edited (much)? I like the contrast.
It was converted to black and white by decomposing into RGB and selecting only the green channel. This is the same effect as having a green filter on the lens -- it made the green grass and hills lighter than they would normally appear with no filter on black and white film.
