Arkel Tailrider on Tubus Fly

The Tubus Fly rack is too narrow for most trunk bags, but if you call up Arkel in Montreal, they'll make a Tailrider bag with extra long straps that will enable it to work on the Fly rack. The Tailrider is sufficiently low-profile and stiff to work in this configuration. I have not encountered any stability problems.
